My name is Tracy Chaves, and I have been an educator in Polk County for the past 24 years.  I have previously taught at Lake Gibson Middle School and Lakeland High School. This will be my second year as an LCMA Knight.  I am passionate about helping students learn and be the best they can be.  I am a single mother to a beautiful 20 year old daughter.  I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, going to the beach, and listening to music.
